  1. Double click on the Eudora program icon or go to the Start menu to launch the application.

  2. The Eudora e-mail window will appear. Click on Tools and then Options.

  3. In the Options window you will see a series of icons on the left hand side of the window. Click on Getting Started.
  4. In the POP account text box enter your username followed by @pop.ez-access.com
  5. Enter your real name as you want people to see it in the Real name text box.
  6. In the Return address text box put your username followed by @ez-access.com

  7. Next, click on the Hosts icon.
  8. In the SMTP text box put smtp.ez-access.com

  9. Click the OK button and you are now ready to send and receive email using Eudora.
